England is rubbish at sex.

• UK has the highest percentage of teenage pregnancies in Western Europe.
• 1 in 10 16 to 24 year olds are infected with Chlamydia.

To remedy the situation England needs to disassociate itself from it’s stuffy past and encourage a culture of openness towards sex. People of all ages need to feel they can talk about sex without any awkwardness or embarrassment.

Like the Dutch. They are good at sex.

England’s Sexual Health Quiz (original name: The Sex Ed Showdown) is an online national quiz on sex and sexual health, open to teens and parents. It puts the different generations in direct competition with each other to find out who really knows more about sex.

The idea comes from the insight that both parents and teens think that they know more about sex.

Whoever wins, England has something interesting to talk about.
